Welcome to Hawaii Kai

Hawaiʻi Kai is a master planned community and the largest of several communities at the southeast end of the island. The area was largely developed by Henry J. Kaiser in the 1960s. Kaiser envisioned a community anchored by a large marina with a mix of residential and small commercial properties.

This boat-friendly community has a diverse range of marina and oceanfront properties, as well as mountain and ridgeline homes that offer expansive views. Hawaii Kai encompasses various high-end neighborhoods within its border such as Mariners Cove, Koko Isle, West Marina, Kokohead Terrace, Kamehame Ridge, Koko Kai, Triangle, Anchorage, and Napali Haweo.
